BHA is providing CA and QS services on this major residential refurbishment comprising the creation of a single 22,000ft2 dwelling with extensive double basement behind facade retention. Basement construction involved top down construction and extensive sacrificial piling to allow simultaneous construction of new 6 level steel frame and double basement. The project is expected to be complete in 3Q 2018.
